Artist Wanda Mitchell Tucker will offer an oil painting workshop on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts in historic downtown Globe. Wanda will take students through the paces, sharing her talent and technique in using oils. The $25.00 class is for all artists, from beginners to accomplished. A $12.50 non-refundable deposit must be paid at CVCA by Monday prior to the class. The balance is payable upon attendance.

Participants will paint a cardinal in this class. Students must provide a canvas, oil paints and brushes. Canvas size 10x20" recommended. Class size is limited and is for ages 13 and up. For registration, please contact the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts at (928) 425- 0884.

Stained Glass Studio:

Stained Glass Classes are offered at the Stained Glass Studio at the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts, at the bottom basement level. For cost and more information, please contact the Center at 928-425-0884

Music Academy:

The Life Drawing Group:

Meets each Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Center for the Arts. A non-instructional class, bring your pad and media! To sign up for the group, please call Frank and Nora Balaam at (928) 425-6052.
